This was an interesting response from the $HBRM CEO on Jan 8th regarding a possible merger/JV/share swap with their large conglomerate Asian partner:

"Our Asian partner - if someone bothers to check - is a major Asian conglomerate with lots of money and I clearly signaled that they are interested in much more than distribution: What can it be: e.g. JV: equity investment, partial shares swap, partial merger ?? we shall see"

"Our European partner THG went public and is on a shopping spree"
