Lightwave holds all the materials IP protection ( for active organic polymer materials) chromophores fabrication and all the IP for devices and system integration and full fabrication for all polymer devices, hybrid devices using silicon, indium phosphide and Gaas. Lightwave covers the complete industry value chain for data and telecom. I think the idea here is to run this as an independent company.
