I just got confirmation the Golf Course hasn't been sold and no deal has been closed. The restaurant, kitchen and bar are closed for repairs but the course is still open.
I was told there were problems on both sides of the deal and there was a possibility it might not go through.

As far as I'm concerned, the Rosswood Course is not an important acquisition at this stage. Since it is in disrepair and not fully operational, it's going to take much more time and money to bring it up to a position where it will be generating revenue.
All I want to know, is if the restaurants and hotels are generating revenue, why has it affected us in the opposite manner?
