First off, for those who think I'm a whistle Blower is pretty funny. I'm not in the business of whistle blowing I'm in the business of making money!!! As it relates to this so called whistle blower case. I have seen nothing on the SEC or DOJ website of any whistle blower case against NNLX. If there was a whistle Blower case all that is public information, and if there was no wrong doing the whistle blower would be identified along with the complaint. I have been investing for decades and anytime there is a whistle blower case against a company and once its complete all the info is public knowledge even the whistle blowers by name.
Second, I only point to NNLX performance over 13yrs of not delivering. I don't know any of the players involved other then what I read and 13yrs of a lot of hype with nothing to back it up. Can any of you identify which press release over 13yrs have turned into anything meaningful that increased shareholder value? Many have attacked me for stating the facts but your angst shouldn't be against me for telling you the truth based on the facts and my opinion. The company has a responsibility to deliver something over the last 13yrs and to back up all the glossy press releases that sucked in investors but executed nothing.
I live in reality and results not rainbows and puppies. Nor, do I applaud poor performance, I applaud results and delivering what you say your product does. Now, not everything is going to work out, that's understandable, but, is it unreasonable to expect just one thing to actually be real, executed and return at least .50 cents/$1 to shareholders over the last 13yrs. Just my opinion.....
