Liable; That would tie in with what pop said about an inspection. First I heard of an inspection was today so your description here ties in with that. Being in constuction if there are defects in the stucture or building that has to be disclosed and I have seen many sales prices adjusted to compensate the buyer who would fix the problems. That or the owner must repair any defects or problems. As they were going to renovate the clubhouse I would negotiate a lower buying price! That is just me. Thanks for the info.
