Did everyone get their "Notice of Special Meeting" and voting form? I just read the information that was presented. It seems to me that there are some major added risks going forward. Before I vote, the company should be very specific as to what the mechanics of the deal look like. They should be able to handle a virtual meeting for investors that will be more transparent than only offering their legal protections. The document provided to me has created more questions than answers, a virtual meeting should also have a question and answer segment. It also looks like the dissent process gets extremely involved. There are many aspects of this document that are extremely concerning. I hope that the company will get out in front of this to address so many shareholder concerns.
