Re: My 20 cents - Considering the final PTAB/CAFC decision and current hearing/trial schedule now in place and agreed to by both parties, help me better understand why money and political influence can now allow ATVI to extend this another 10+ years? Aside from a negative 101 decision, I just don't see how ATVI can drag this out much longer as they can't appeal their own settlement and I don't see them risking going to trial. Even if 101 decision is positive and ATVI challenges, I don't see that taking more than a few months to work through.
