My 20 cents---
Obviously ATVI knows what its position is---they did it and they know it--they knew at the time and still know they are not going to get away with it ,, so what are they doing---all these years---making money and making life difficult for Thom, WDDD---by just delaying the inevitable---they are making huge , disgustingly huge profits --so they can easily afford to kick WDDD a little further down the road---keeps the ATVI attys employed at lovely over priced big bucks afforded by WDDD's patents---

Can you imagine what has transpired over at ATVI---all the jokes and laughter---10 years of it------

Personally,, as a well educated and successful business person --20 yrs as a NYSE broker---another 20 as an ICU/ER RN and Medical Staffing business owner,,, I am ashamed at our legal system that allows this ----

Actually,, I see no end---ATVI can kick this down the road another 10 or so years---they have the money and now they have the politics in power---

PS--There was a time a few yrs back when this was sub penny--I owned 5 mill shares--sold at .015--.0235 cents-----kept 100 shares
