$ATOM Atomera hired Douglas Webb in January for the position of Director of Technology Transfer and this is significant for several reasons. The first being this is an industry expert who has been a consultant to the semiconductor space for 15 years that also worked for Mears previously. This adds another key validation to the technology and how it is going to be adopted across the industry. Second the technology transfer is phase 4 of any JDA or licensing agreement. This is where the patents and know how are transferred into the fabs manufacturing nodes. The director will be responsible for managing all the different installations that are being done and already in production. This tells me that multiple installations are in process or already completed. My guess is TSMC/Qualcomm, JDA 1, ST Micro, JDA 2 and AKM will be this year. Thanks to @jwa68 on stocktwits for posting.
