It’s not dilution, but rather the Market Makers who are still trying to cover the shares they sold short which they had none of to begin with. It’s the old Naked Short Cover while no one was looking. It wasn’t until after the huge volume days and probably some complaints to the SEC and or Finra that they finally started showing the “Short Interest” again which is showing barely anything. Prior to this recent change, the last update was from October 15, 2020. And then the public wants to know how a situation like GME happens? It’s simple - It’s the “WOLVES WATCHING THE HEN HOUSE” if you ask me. In my honest opinion, the people who are supposed to be tasked with keeping our financial markets stable and legit are “in bed” with the same criminals.
