We had that same rope tied in the same place... every day before practice, we ran 4 miles, ran a set of 20 steps 20 times (had to hit every step), climb the rope 4 times without using our legs, and walk on our hands 4 times across the long axis of the basketball court... then wrestled 16-24 minutes in a wrestling room heated to 90 degrees.... tough 4 hour practices conducted 6 days a week and only 2 hours on Sunday...
