I think it is very unlikely that there is a behind the scenes, real world connection that has just occurred involving SAVA and AVXL. At least, none that I can imagine to connect dots with. Just by the money flow, this is a SAVA play in which we get to participate a bit.

However, if we are lucky, the market may finally be moving from an amyloid plaque thesis to a misfolded protein thesis. If that is true -- I am just speculating, not predicting -- the share price here will parallel what SAVA is seeing, and pretty quickly. Consider that possibility a market correction.
