Very disappointed in this Company.

Thought the CEO previously said that everything should be finalized by the end of the year (Dec 31 2020), AND that was the last time anyone had heard from him unless I missed something??

It's beginning to look as thought this is all one big sham, and I hope it is NOT because I own thousands of shares.

Anyone's take on this would be much appreciated.
