I didn’t intend to imply negative. So many see warrants as a neg , when in fact a company with no income generating product, can only get operating capital resources in a couple ways. I wouldn’t want long term debt increasing and dilution is the only other way at this point. Others can feel free to write a check and send it to Northwest bio if they choose and just call it a donation to the cause. :)
