You can't count on him not doing anything to jolt markets . . . cause he really doesn't have a clue.
Just look at killing Keystone and stopping exploitation on federal land. 11,000 people laid off and the oil will still come by rail and ship. It is all smoke and mirrors. It won't make a hill of bean difference in the environment but may mean $4 a gallon gas and us being again dependent on the middle east for our oil . . . that is market jolting.
