Depending on how the site is hosted. In most cases, changes to websites are instantaneous once published. the host server for the site is the end point and source of truth for the URL call. Unless it is hosted on multiple servers with databases that need to sync, we should see the newly published info as soon as they hit submit, unless cached in your browser the old way. :)
