I have a lot of experience in the stock market---and i have been privvy to more than my share of the ""effing"" RSs---only a couple turned out beneficial to the shareholders----

BUT-- here in this case,, with ENZC, I see absolutely no indication of the ""RS"",,,, to be needed for the eventual up-list to the NASDAQ,,,, as we will already have satisfied the $5 or above pps requirement ---

So, if you are sitting on a 100k or 50k in shares---you will be richly rewarded for patience---as long as that may be---methinks less than 6 months
