The 70 registered shareholders is firms. Not individuals. So if you and I both have shares at Etrade that counts as 1.

Nice job on share structure. When those past insiders sell those shares need to be factored into the float. I would think it’s somewhere between 200-350k

I was trying to add shares on the bid cheaper it’s just very difficult if you are looking to start a big position. If someone wanted 10k shares it’s going to be hard get filled on bid. More than likely they would have to pay above current ask
