Note the word umbrella in PKG's ClearMask press release (excerpt below). To me, this not only confirms PKG is indeed an acquisition, but it also confirms Cerebain will be making additional acquisitions. This has been alluded to in emails from IR, but this is the smoking gun (FROM PKG NONETHELESS).
