Why, several years ago Mersky was going to rename drnk to imbutek, instead made imbutek its own entity sold all the assets to himself in sibbanac leaving shareholders worthless drnk shares. now he's suckering in drnk shareholders and will give them a fraction if snnc shares. Reducing their "ownership" to less than nothing. Easy to see what Mersky is doing.
