Great work. For each severance package, the employee is required to be “terminated by the Company.” “Company” is a defined term and I dont see the definition anywhere. Does Company include its assigns? If AMRN is bought by a 3rd party, the terms of the severance agreements could be ineffective. These packages may very well only apply to just what they say and may not apply to buyouts at all.

I’d like to see where “Company” is defined because that holds the key to these agreements. Did i just miss it somewhere? If Company also means assigns then that would be lovely
