Up-listing is a great goal to have and like management buying out their debt for 30C shows they're in for the long haul and as former CEO of a NASDAQ co. Dr. Agnes knows of what she speaks.

As I've posted she emphasizes that it's a "real company" and selling shares is not her concern nor will she get involved in that, doesn't play OTC games (we know day traders like to sell into the news so why should a real CEO care about that) BUT
patience should be rewarded very soon.

Me Mask are in final stage of deployment and will be on the market within days.

Finally website is “fixed” I clearly stated in the pr letter.
