Question: How can the chart interpretaion for cybl be considered a measure of anything when we have entities dumping/diluting the stock. If the OS wasn't changing, I would think more of the charts. I mean it has occurred to me that those selling the dilutive stock could be creating what you are trying to interpret. I guess we shall see. What I'm afraid of is getting a false positive. I believe charting is credible. I'm thinking it could have limitation right now as far as cybl is concerned. Imput welcome.
