In the investment world ,,,deals mean goods/services to be delivered over some time,,,and payment to be received over some time and then the profits of the service provider are reported in earnings ..and that leads to the price of the stock going up!!
(That above is the investment thesis)

Signing deals requires providing services,,hence the Stock should go up with time!!
