morning ladies and gents. transfer update. Schwab gave me the hard no. Fidelity has changed their mind! turns out, it's a matter of speaking to the right person, typical though right. checked on transferring AST account after having certs issued, gentleman with fidelity made a couple calls, turns out u dont need to issue certs, they'll make the transfer! transfer now submitted with them, so we'll see how it moves from here. time to go scoop up more at these low prices!! thanks again
