Actually, that line has not been crossed. This is still a pink and as such remains a speculation. The due diligence has been phenomenal, but it is still based on PRs from the company and the fact that the company has brought itself up to date with its unaudited financials. We all talk about the fact (or is it) that we have the cure. We haven't finished our tests in the lab, the space of which is ridiculously small. For those who picture a lab on the size of an Iranian nuclear lab, scale it down to a thousand square feet or so. I mentioned that we had 4 employees and without really finding out, we assumed that a lot of the research is contracted out. Do we have proof of payments to research contractors? This is far from being an investment. It is still a gamble, and no one should be in the play if they can't afford to lose it all. I'm in, but let's be real.
