We talked with FINRA years ago regarding DRYS and many others, SEC does nothing about.

There is no level playing field for private mom & pop investors or small business people like myself- it is a crooked system as Trump and others always said and why they stay away from it..

SO many companies unfairly ruined by PPS driven into ground by these Financial Terrorists, just like JCP was back in may 2020, yet the CEO's and others get bonuses, file C11 protection, and lawyers make $$$, yet shareholders & Bondholders ruined as well as retirees !!?? SOMETHING very wrong with a system like that in the USA..

And FYI, every other developed Nation has outlawed such practices in their markets- ONLY exists in US securities markets...
