Frank Cruz is currently pursuing action against some large and high profile companies like Restaurant Brands International, so something must've drawn his attention here to get him interested in a smaller company like Koru.

Even if Koru uses the Business Judgement Rule I think there's enough mistakes for lawyers to get involved.
