QoneO - it is my understanding the legal action by shareholders is being looked at very seriously by several "pockets" of shareholders separately





Exactly why the shareholders should take legal action now. PV, Kore and Sulja ONtario have legal representation. They are counting on "beyond a reasonable doubt" to cut some sort of plea deal I would think.

But a civil case brought by shareholders only needs a "preponderance of evidence" to take all their ill gotten gains. The shareholders also will need legal representation to make sure they are first in line to capture any assets before any fines are paid or plea deals cut.
