did you read the OSC info whereby PV, Kore and Sulja ONtario were represented by attorneys but Sulja Nevada, the one in which the SLJB stockhoders own was only represented by an "agent" at the OSC hearings?


Exactly why the shareholders should take legal action now. PV, Kore and Sulja ONtario have legal representation. They are counting on "beyond a reasonable doubt" to cut some sort of plea deal I would think.

But a civil case brought by shareholders only needs a "preponderance of evidence" to take all their ill gotten gains. The shareholders also will need legal representation to make sure they are first in line to capture any assets before any fines are paid or plea deals cut.
