Hard to Find Protection Here..

Once they applied to NASD this has gone into limbo, obviously they & NASD compliance are looking to have the listing done. But, with NASD perhaps vetting companies a bit harsher & them having to supply whatever is required it all takes time.

And in that time, it's just ripe for those drops. The worry is one time it doesn't bounce back up & then price is under the NASD minimum requirement price. It's a dangerous slope, especially considering many are at 100s/1000s% points up on positions. It's a easy sell to get out & take profits & perhaps many have done that.

NASD doesn't make companies better, look at TOMZ, it uplisted rather quickly & it's just been a horrible stock. GMGI really can't affect too much here. NASD has them in the perpetual spinning hourglass and OTC can play all the games it wants with the price.

GMGI is among a huge swath of companies that have "applied" to NAS. For some it's been near a years time since the "applied" PR went out. ie CYDY/MLLLF. Honest truth is some never get past the application. I know you're more aware of the # that uplist, but I guess too you know of the many ones that apply & don't make it. Hoping GMGI gets there, but obviously it's no longer a hot ticket stock...7 weeks of decline is indicative of that.

'NewJerichoMan'

This is starting to get annoying.

Investment Banks charge a hefty percentage for uplisting services but they provide optimal pricing, expertise, and protection. Optimal pricing so one doesn't have to do a 2nd cash raise later (see: $5M for 1M shares plus warrants). Expertise to get it done in a timely manner. Protection from these seemingly weekly bear raids.

$GMGI get your $hit in order so I don't have to continue saying nice things about Investment Banks.
