cura asada, KKR does NOT have Markers as they were not on board until well after 3/19/2012. I believe KKR came to WMIH around January of the year 2014.

I believe your 2/1/2021 MAY hold some merit. This date is tied to the complicated closing date (2/1/2021) that was totally disguised in the complicated legal maze discussed in the Wand and Eclipse filings back on 2/13/2018.

We shall soon find out but this does make some sense to me. No doubt, there has always been a piece of the puzzle missing from the NSM merger and I and a few others have always tied it to shares that must come back to those investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 so we shall soon find out with time passing and/or filings.
