As I understand it

The BOD has the ability to defer half of their salary as a stock grant. It appears that they just took the shares in lieu of salary from 2018. I assume they took the shares now as opposed to last month when the shares were cheaper because of the tax implications. Adhes may have a more solid understanding of this if I am mistaken.
