I believe (not know) it will, Bear. Dr. Lee is a shareholder, like us. A 64.78% shareholder at that, so he would lose more than us if it's not.

The long term capital gains tax benefit is quite substantial for those holding shares longer than a year. That's another potential silver lining in this long waiting period.

Based on the pending legal motions, I suspect we will find something out soon...
