Just received regarding acquisition timing:

Good Day Mr $^#&#^$@#$,

I understand your sentiments. I don’t know if the transaction will close by this Friday. But if it were to be delayed then my understanding is that both companies would issue some kind of joint press release explaining where things stand so that investors are assured that the acquisition process remains ongoing.
