The knowing know VIBI, others need more DD. Newbies need to check out its SEC fins and forms.

CURRENTLY (as of today), VIBI has not resolved its problems. To say otherwise is totally incorrect.
VIBI is SEC-deliquent for fins since mid-2019. CEO lied to SEC on their last NT form. No fins. POS.
