I've encouraged and congratulated the current BIEL management and entire staff for their efforts and successes over the past 12 plus months dozens of times, whereas the prior, singular, management regime was genetically impeded from making any deal, driven by an OCD need to yell, "No" at all who might deal with the company with the patent on the best pain device on the planet!

Now, headed to 2 to 3 cents, fix the share structure as suggested, and it's 7 to 10 cents, sales and profits begin and through a dime, gaining momentum. Anything confusing there?
