It looks like Pennygold this time; and its moving at just the right speed. Share structure was key, along with getting contracts. If you think about it, just like EVs, BIEL is a disruptive stock but in the medical device field and was being held back and resisted for years, plus the previous outlandish dilution did not help. The time for this stock to make it to penny land is this year! imo.(Note: been in and out of BIEL since 2009 - under a different name; familiar with many on this board).
