That's completely false. "Offshore naked shorty" is a complete fabrication for stinky pink pump and dumps. All trades of US stocks are processed through US brokers who follow US regulations.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
