You're not going to convince anyone on here of this. Most people know what you are saying is a lie.

So yeah that is my take on your statement. It is not just American shorts we have to deal with.

In fact, a huge chunk of naked shorts come from countries where this banned, Vietnam, N. Korea, China, etc. All play our market.

For many of them this is black market capitalism, flipping for pennies is actually a lot of money for them.
