If they're out of business that's one thing. Failure is acceptable if the tech couldn't transition out of the lab, but that's not clear. The web site is still up and they claim to be selling street lights. Sidlo's overreaching videos appear to be down indicating that the powerchip probably didn't meet expectations.
They've gone from recharging the world to selling street lights.
Failure has a funny way of demonstrating it self in the business world, and this is the only conclusion I can make of the current state of xnrgi.
Epic failure.
