Yeah, that's probably right. They have my old shares, and want to make money on the purchase. After they distribute, I'll still be waiting to buy them back from the people who buy the hype and then lose interest.
The whole shell is worth what? 31 million X 3/4 of a penny?

Cost millions to do an IPO on a new company. There's a value there, but it's rarely realized, as are loss carrys. I couldn't tell you if crossing fingers or prayer is better. I just have some experience in dealing with these odds.
Chances are between slim and none, and Slim was seen packing up to leave town.
Oh, and BTW, I have a vested interest in the Preferred as well.
