Don't plan on a buyout...with the new CEO bringing in good people
someone I checked with at the time with the company had said back then
that previous CEO was interested in selling after FDA approval --- in
fact he had done that with earlier company and it was pretty much
accepted by most analysts ..... but my friend there felt it changed with new CEO....while not as great short term it could be better longer term as they will get to keep all the profits for themselves...Also I had several recent biotechs after big jumps pretty quickly do offerings to bring in cash at new higher price with less dilution so need to check their filings if anyone has please post it...thanks..
