Didn't have any homemade frozen hash browns for breakfast this morning but had some potatoes. I scrubbed the taters and half peeled them with one of the hand held tater peelers. I stabbed them good and nuked them. How long depends on your microwave and how many and the size of the taters.
Once nuked until done I put them in a bowl and stuck them in the freezer until they were cool enough to dice up, 1/2 hour or more. Diced them up and fried them with chopped up onion and seasoning. YUMMO
