The degree of institutional ownership provides no evidence as to the reason for the price stagnation, I.e. the constant takedowns. It is due to mm suppression and some hedgies using algos to manufacture trading profits. The largest volume spike yesterday—at the low right after a low volume slide—was not a bunch of retail investors coincidentally and suddenly buying at the same price. It is coordinated trading by the aforementioned professionals. And it happens on a regular basis.

Agree 100%. Hedge funds manipulating stock price as they wish thru algos. Crooked market at best.
