It is a view... that is wrong.

This is a holding company. That means that the business is a basket of stocks. Currently we know of only one of two stocks. FORW owns 10% of TSNP. If TSNP has value, so does FORW.

The problem here is that not enough people understand the math. When Sharp puts out a PR that spells out the asset's value, we will soon be above the asset's value. As we should already be. I would imagine we will see something closer to the coneference call early next month.
