Long running scam? This has been a shell for sale for years, previous attempts may have failed, but not once did they dilute or blow out the share structure. That’s how scams work, that hasn’t happened at PMPG since the days of Gear and VHMC.

If it was a scam the share structure would have been blown out by now with all the attempts to fill the shell and authorized shares running into the billions...that’s how pump and dump scams work. This isn’t one of them, none of that has happened.

A scam needs to make money for it to be a scam. Previous runs didn’t do that, previous runs didn’t change the share structure, comparing this to the many OTC scams doesn’t add up.
