There was also the matter of how our PPS has most definately suffered from
unusual and illegal trading activity over several months. As mentioned in
previous emails and releases, this is something that our Company is working on
to resolve and eliminate. Although, the Company has noticed that this is still
quite difficult to fully eliminate on the Pink Sheets based on its discussions
with various legal, corporate and government entities.
You inquired as to future PR's and what stage the Company is in, whether its
processing or simply acquiring. The public will be receiving information now
that we have passed the holidays pertaining to the Los Mates project. The
Company believes that this project will be the one that brings EAGM (and
shareholders) the fastest return and may very well be the turning point of our
operations. The other two properties (Alacran and Alacran-Scorpio) are still
being fully studied in depth in order to determine more precise reserves and
findings, in order to set up all necessary mining and drilling schedules.
The Company always has its eyes open to other opportunities, but, at the current
time is very content with its properties and feels that it is best to
concentrate fully on these properties and turn things around in the quickest and
best way possible for everyone including the shareholders.
The Company has been counting on the expertise of Mr. Mario Monroy as EAGM's Geologist and Geophysics Mining Executive. He is in
charge of the Los Mates project and has produced various technical reports and
geologic findings over the past month. We have indicated this to our
shareholders in the past, but, the one issue that prolounges the release of
technical data is the fact that all reports are produced initially in Spanish.
The translation from Spanish to English for such technical and geologic findings
is not as simple as translating "normal" spanish to english words, since the
reports are extremely technical and contain many words that don't appear in
regular speach. As such, the Company is finalizing this information in order to
release to our shareholders
2007 will bring additional investigations into other exchanges such as the
Frankfurt or Toronto Stock Exchange, further exploration of our current
properties, geologic findings, drilling schedules, mining, extraction,
production, as well as other potential acquisitions throughout South America.
In the near future, our shareholders will receive additional
information pertaining the Los Mates project, which is where most of our
resources and time have been applied - since this project will be the one that brings our Company the fastest return and may very well be the turning point
of our entire operation. Geologic information will be released regarding the
property's reserves and findings.
It is most definately a good opportunity to add to one's levels in respect to
the PPS being as low as it is. You do ask a good question regarding the true
value of the Company, which of course is not presently an easy question to
answer. In fact, this is exactly what we are working so diligently in order to
bring to our investors. Nothing will please us more than to give out exact
details of our multi-million dollar deposits, but, while the company is
extracting materials, it is also continuing exploration programs; therefore,
can't project anything quite yet, until all studies have been executed.
When the Company started, El Alacran Gold Mine Corp's initial worth was very
minimal, but then, the Company's management commenced adding properties,
offices, staff, and other necessities, which makes it impossible to give an
approximation at this time, especially as it is ever growing.
