What were the accusations of the 5 tossed?

Likely all the same ones being advertised as fact, but is really an attempt to polish the SCAMydx turd for personal loss reduction.

I bet investors can verify that info with a copy of the settlement agreement?

They been discussing it for 4 years now, so they most certainly have a copy of the settlement agreement. If not, there is a lot of false advertising underway
