Welll let’s look at some facts on his website he had $72 billion worth of real estate listing claiming that was coming in the company.

He acquired this company at the end of March 2020 I would think he could’ve got audit done on some of that real estate before September 30,2020 The companies year end. Then filed a late notice filing giving the company a extra 15 days to file the 10K and missed the deadline.

Now he changes transfer agents and issues 39 Billion shares and doesn’t report it not to the shareholders, OTC markets, or the SEC. So does this sound like a well oiled machine not to me I think it’s a scam
